1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between Techzipe ("we", "us") and the company or person using Kestrel ("you"). If you use Kestrel for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. The service

Kestrel helps you find local businesses, assess their websites, prepare outreach, share pitch pages and manage deals and delivery with your team. We keep improving it, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• Each company gets its own workspace. The person who creates it becomes its first admin.
• Admins decide who joins, what role they have, and can deactivate people.
• Keep sign-in details safe and tell us at info@techzipe.com if you think your account has been misused. You're responsible for activity in your workspace.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans (Basic, Pro and Max) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added where they apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law says otherwise.
• Plan limits (such as users, searches, AI emails and pitch pages) are shown on our pricing page. If you need more, you can move to a higher plan.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know. We may limit the workspace if it stays unpaid after a reasonable grace period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• contact businesses in a way that breaks anti-spam, marketing, data protection or consumer laws where you or they operate;
• make pitch pages or emails that are false, misleading or impersonate someone else;
• upload unlawful content or malware, or anything you don't have the right to share;
• try to access other workspaces, overload or attack the service, or get around plan limits;
• copy, resell or scrape Kestrel or its data except as the service allows.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

6. Your data

You own the content your team adds to Kestrel. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and support the service for you. You can export or delete your data, and when your workspace closes we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party data and services

• Business listings come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence). Listings can be incomplete or out of date.
• Website scores come from our own checks and from Google's speed tests. They're a guide, not a guarantee of a site's performance.
• Services such as Google sign-in, Search Console and our booking tool are provided under their own terms.

8. AI features

AI-written emails and Kira's answers can be wrong or incomplete. Review AI output before you rely on it or send it. You're responsible for what you send.

9. Our intellectual property

Kestrel, its design, code and brand belong to Techzipe. These terms give you the right to use the service during your subscription, not ownership of it. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Kestrel.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep Kestrel reliable, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring you a particular number of clients.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover us against claims arising from how you use Kestrel to contact businesses, or from content you add, where that use breaks these terms or the law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Kestrel and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After it ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days, after which it's deleted.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim there. We may update these terms; for important changes we'll tell admins at least 30 days in advance.
